Our suppliers

We are very lucky to a have a wonderful selection of suppliers who give us great quality ingredients to cook with. We pride ourselves on using fresh, local and sustainable produce.

We buy raw and basic as much as we can and make in house as much as possible we feel this extra effort  is well worth it!

We have our own organic garden in which we grow salad, vegetables and fresh herbs for use in the restaurant.
